Ahead of the release of her star showcase Kira VS Kira, the lovely Kira Noir sat down with Lotus Lain for an interview on the Elegant Angel Instagram. They discussed the two sides of Kira, how her film came to be, answered fan questions, and dished on the Holiday season.

Thank you! Oh, I’m inspired by you. So, how are you feeling tonight?
Kira Noir
I’m feeling really great. I’m really excited for everybody to see me showcase. I don’t even know what to say. I’m just really looking forward to everybody being able to see it. I worked really hard on it. And I got to do some weird stuff for it.

Yeah, let’s get right into it. I had the privilege of previewing it and it is very exciting. People are gonna love it. So tell the fans; are there new things that you haven’t tried? Things that they’ve been waiting for? What’s going on in Kira VS Kira?
Kira Noir
Something that my fans have been asking for for a really long time is for me to do professional scenes that are all-Black and are all of the nasty, kinky, dirty stuff that I’m known for, like double anal, gang-bangs, a bunch of girl-girl anal. So the entire movie is all Black! I’m really, really happy about that. It was directed by LT, and that’s really significant for me, because the first porno I ever bought was Skin Diamond’s showcase directed by LT for Elegant Angel.

What impression did that movie have on you? What were you going through when you saw that?
Kira Noir
Well, I had recently become a fan of Skin Diamond; I was 18.
Whenever I saw a DVD that had her on it, I just grabbed it right away. I didn’t know anything about it yet, I didn’t know anything about Elegant Angel. I just knew that Skin was super hot, and I wanted to see more of her scenes and have an actual DVD of her. And when I saw it, I didn’t know that porn could be that elevated and passionate, but still really kinky. I feel like things were much more compartmentalized when I first watched porn. It was like only one type of girl did one type of thing. And Skin was doing everything and everybody, and was so pretty. And so… what’s the right word? It was very much “pretty-whore” vibes.

Speaking of the idea of the two of you, let’s talk about Kira VS Kira; what is up with that concept? What are the two Kiras?

So LT came up with that concept. He was talking about how when people first meet me, they think of me as a little bit prim and proper, and they don’t think that I really get down like that. We like the idea of showcasing both sides of my personality, the sweet and innocent-looking person, and the person who’s just wanting to gobble all the dicks and pussies,

I think that’s one of the best aspects about the two sides of the coin. It’s really clever and fans will see the way you to mix the idea of the two sides of us.
Part I is titled The Stranger. So without giving away too much, what can we expect from something like this?
Kira Noir
This will be a scene with LT. A while back, we did a scene where we were having so much fun, and he came in at the end after somebody else had already fucked me and came on my face. But this is like the first time where we just focus on each other.

I wanted to have more money saved up and I reached my goal! I was a very irrational slut for a long time, and I went from not being able to really afford anything to suddenly having money. And so I just spent it on all sorts of weird, dumb stuff for a long time. And this year I really tried to be more responsible, and I have money saved up. So if I want to buy a house or my own company or anything like that, I have that little nest egg.

We eat, I’m so proud of you and happy for you! Especially being able to recognize and admit that, because that is one of the pitfalls that many of us go through in the industry. It’s not necessarily drugs or alcohol or abuse, but it could just be spending and not knowing how to manage the money we come into. A lot of us don’t have management or come from families that can teach us how to manage all kinds of money coming from different directions.
We have some new questions flooding in from your eager fans. What is the kind of reaction you look for when you give someone a present? Are you trying to surprise them? Or are you trying to get them to cry?
Kira Noir
I don’t usually try to surprise people with gifts because I am anxious and I don’t want to accidentally give them something they don’t want. So I will ask a million questions like, what do you want? What color? When do you want it? How you want it to be presented to you? And then the reaction I’m looking for is yes, this is exactly what I wanted.

Do you have any Christmas traditions that you are looking forward to? Do you have any that you keep going?
Kira Noir
I don’t really have any Christmas traditions. I feel like there’s the end-of-the-year or beginning-of-the-year tradition of doing award shows and convention season stuff, right? My Christmas tradition is making sure I bought everything I need to bring with me to AVN.

Yeah, it’s gonna be a haul and people don’t understand. It’s been two years since we’ve been there. And it’s gonna be first big in-person show in Vegas since Covid. Are you looking forward to it?
Kira Noir
Oh, yeah, I haven’t seen my fans in three years in person.
